Responsibilities

• Secure the sale by taking turns on the floor.
• Present and sell finance products at the highest levels.
• Must be capable to run the following averages: >$3,200 per copy / >82% ESC / >45% Club Plus

Follow-up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and reiterate CSI survey

• Manage CIT to ensure all deals are funded within 72hrs
• Participate in daily training with the sales staff

Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day Qualifications * Available to work flexible hours and weekends

• Minimum 3yrs finance experience at a Franchise Dealership
• Capable of reading credit and submitting/rehashing deals to get approvals
