Job description:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven 10 plus years' experience as a Project Manager, particularly in the financial technology sector and preferably with the FIS Modern Banking Platform.
3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
4. Demonstrated ability to manage individual projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams.
7. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent.

Preferred:

1. Experience managing software development, integration, and deployment projects on the FIS Modern Banking Platform.
2. Knowledge of financial services and banking industry standards.
3. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern software development practices.
4. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner).
