Join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Guest Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. Your friendly and professional demeanor will ensure that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and effectively.
- Check guests in and out efficiently and with a friendly attitude.
- Accurately post guest charges, compute bills, collect payments, and make change following all cash handling procedures.
- Manage guest mail and messages according to established procedures. Be knowledgeable about our rewards program and promotions.
- Develop a thorough understanding of hotel staff, room locations, rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
- Efficiently take reservation requests.
- Answer the switchboard with proper telephone etiquette.
- Block rooms and handle special requests.
- Monitor room availability.
- Manage safe deposits by guests following established procedures.
- Keep the lobby, back office, and desk area clean and presentable.
- Be knowledgeable about emergency and security procedures.
- Offer and handle wake-up call requests properly.
- Understand how to clean guest rooms to our standards.
- Open and close shifts, and make cash drops.
- Ensure all credit cards, cash, and change funds are balanced throughout each shift.
- Inform management of any guest or system-related complaints or problems.
- Communicate with incoming staff and management by logging pertinent information in the pass-on log.
- Keep maintenance informed of all maintenance needs.
- Pass on guest lost and found inquiries to management or supervisors.
- Assist in marketing efforts by completing Company Tracking nightly.
- Wear the proper uniform at all times in accordance with the Standards of Appearance.
- Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
- Practice safety standards at all times.
- Be able to move luggage or packages weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Follow the rules as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, within your capabilities.al candidates while maintaining a professional tone.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 18.00 Per Hour
