What you'll do:

Lead and manage complex highway projects: Plan, schedule, and execute all phases of project work, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Provide technical expertise: Engineer of Record where needed, making design recommendations and performing engineering calculations.
Drive business development: Actively pursue new projects, prepare proposals, and build strong client relationships.
Mentor and develop junior engineers: Guide and support the growth of the next generation of engineering professionals.
What you'll bring:

10+ years of relevant experience in highway engineering.
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in engineering design software and tools.
