We are a leading engineering and consulting firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Highway Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and deliver impactful projects, mentor junior engineers, and play a key role in business development.

What you'll do:

Lead and manage complex projects: Plan, schedule, and execute all phases of highway projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and mentor your team: Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to junior engineers.
Drive business development: Actively pursue new project opportunities, prepare proposals, and build strong client relationships.
Serve as a technical expert: Provide engineering expertise, ensuring designs comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
Ensure project success: Manage project finances, control costs, and ensure client satisfaction.
What you'll bring:

15+ years of relevant experience in highway engineering.
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure.
Proven experience leading and managing successful projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in engineering design software and tools.
