Interior Design Sales Consultant (Remote with Travel in Wisconsin)

About the Role
We're looking for motivated, sales-focused professionals to join our team as Interior Design Sales Consultants. In this role, you'll blend interior design with in-home sales, traveling across Wisconsin to meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled appointments. You'll work closely with clients to design custom storage solutions that fit their space, style, and needs—transforming closets, pantries, garages, offices, and more.
This is a remote position, but applicants must reside in Wisconsin. While work can be completed from home, travel is required for in-home consultations, as well as training and monthly sales meetings at our office and showroom in Mequon, WI.
What You'll Do
Meet with customers in their homes (pre-scheduled, no cold calling!) to assess their space and design custom organization solutions.
Guide clients through the design process, helping them visualize and select the best options for their needs.
Measure spaces accurately and create professional design plans.
Present and sell customized storage solutions tailored to each homeowner's preferences.
Travel throughout Wisconsin for in-home appointments.

Qualifications
At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience in a professional setting.
Interior design experience or education is a plus but not required.
Comfortable using technology for virtual meetings, design software, and digital sales. (Experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar programs is helpful but not necessary.)
Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance.
Availability of at least 30+ hours per week.
Personal computer and smartphone. (A printer with scanning capabilities is helpful but not required.)
Must be a Wisconsin resident.

Compensation
100% commission-based role with bonus opportunities.
Average earnings range from $40K-$60K+ per year, with potential to earn more.
Paid training at $15/hr.
W2 position with bi-weekly direct deposit payroll.
