Job is located in Baltimore, Maryland on the Franklin Square Hospital Campus
Position Requirements:
Supervising staff and making sure they are doing what is expected of them
Making sure physicians schedules are correct and they have what they need each day for patient care
Creating weekly work schedules for staff
Ordering medical supplies
Answering phones, making appointments, messaging providers and staff
Liaise with doctors and nurses to identify potential office dysfunctions
Need knowledge of accounting, data and administrative processes and principles
Good communication skills and a customer service orientation
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations
Applicant must have medical office management experience
