New Albany Country Club is currently accepting server/bartenders' resumes to work in our Men's Grill dining outlet. New Albany Country Club is a prestigious private Country Club in beautiful scenic New Albany, Ohio. New Albany Country Club is conveniently located just 5 minutes from 270 and 161 and 10 minutes from Easton. Pay Rate: $18.00/hour plus tips Job Requirements:

• Open availability preferred.
• Candidates must be able to work nights and weekends, be flexible, and perform in various roles based on the club's needs and workspace.
• Previous food and beverage experience preferred.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work independently.

• Fast-paced, food service-oriented atmosphere.
• Fun, upbeat, and friendly environment that makes coming to work not feel like coming to work.
• Team-oriented staff and operation that allows for efficiency and expedience.
• Casual, golf-centric area that works closely with multiple club operations, including golf, bath and tennis, a la carte dining, and catering.
• Consistent scheduling and daily routine; multiple special events throughout the season.
• Welcoming members, managers, and teammates, take the time to get to know you while getting to know them and the club.

• Men's Grill: A "men only" casual dining outlet that provides golf members and guests with exceptional and expedient food and drinks before or after rounds, during special events, or for those just looking to relax; rejuvenate and enjoy!

• Work closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations.
• Provide excellent food and beverage service to members & guests, ensuring satisfaction.
• Follow procedures and protocols to ensure the entire team is set up to succeed in providing great experiences to our members!
• Consistently be available to members and guests via the Men's Grill, Men's Locker Room, and Halfway House.
• Ensure the proper set up of individual rooms and areas daily.
• Maintain consistent high service standards, as outlined in training.
• Display complete and comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including daily features and specials that may not be available directly on the menu.
• Follow daily opening/closing procedures, complete daily checklists, and independently execute day-to-day operations.
• Guarantee all areas are member-ready at all times.
• Accurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely fashion.
• Become familiar with members' names and greet them accordingly to provide a warm welcome that will make them feel right at home.
• Assist fellow team members in providing unique, personalized service that cannot be found anywhere else!
• Responsible for possessing explicit knowledge of all various liquors, corresponding mixed drinks, beers, and wines offered by the Club.
• Follow all club protocols regarding safety for our members, employees, and yourself.
