This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing the Meta Business Manager platform to support a healthcare MSP’s Marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the platform’s setup, configuration, and security features, and be capable of training internal team members to manage it effectively.

 
Job Title: Meta Business Manager Specialist

Job Type: Contract, 3 Months  

 
Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure the Meta Business Manager platform, including account creation and access controls.
  
• Create and manage admin accounts, assign roles, and establish platform security protocols.Design and optimize business pages within the platform to align with branding and marketing goals.
  
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure proper integration with ad accounts, Facebook/Instagram Pages, and related assets.
  
• Provide hands-on training to Marketing personnel on the effective use and ongoing management of the platform.
  
• Document setu p processes and best practices for internal reference.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Meta Business Manager in a professional or agency environment.
  
• Strong understanding of Meta’s tools, structure, permissions, and security settings.
  
• Experience in training or onboarding teams on marketing platforms or tools.
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and provide clear guidance to non-technical users.
