Overview
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Paid Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of clients in the eCommerce and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sectors. Your main focus will be planning, trafficking, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across multiple channels, all with the goal of achieving and surpassing our clients' business objectives.
The ideal candidate is not only well-versed in paid media buying but also stays updated on platform trends and industry news that could present opportunities for our clients. You should be detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable collaborating with our Data & Insights and Creative teams to optimize campaign performance and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns with diverse goals, including conversions, website traffic, engagement, video views, and follower growth.
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.
Proactively monitor and report on campaign performance, addressing any issues in a timely manner.
Communicate campaign strategies and results clearly and effectively to clients.
Continuously refine strategies and tactics based on insights, striving for best-in-class campaign executions.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, ideally within an agency or in-house, across platforms such as Meta, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Snapchat, CTV, OTT, and/or Programmatic.
Experience with full-funnel buying, including both Awareness and Direct Response objectives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, and a proven track record of taking initiative.

Salary & Compensation
Competitive salary range of $70k-$80k per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Additional compensation through annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
