AHHC is currently looking for a dedicated Float PCA/Personal Care Assistant.


Requirements:

• Reliable transportation or accommodations.
• Pass DHS Background Study.
• Be dependable and on time for all assignments ready to work.
• Must be able to travel to the metro area.
• CONSISTENCY. GOOD WORK ETHIC. HAVE INTEGRITY. 

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time Day shift Float PCA
• Salary: $19.00-20.00
• Availability: JOB STARTS IMMEDIATELY.
• To work one-on-one alongside nurses to help clients in a group home setting.
• A permanent position is available.
• This is a group home setting-3-4 clients in a home.
• These Clients are full-care clients who need help with all of their daily ADLs such as bathing, toileting, meal prep, dressing, grooming, positioning, transfers, laundry, and light housekeeping. You must be comfortable with providing that care. 

PCA flexible shift options:

• (Day Shift 9 am-4 pm). 8am-4pm
• (Every other Weekend 9 am- 4 pm 

Hiring for the following schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm & Every Other Weekend 9 pm-4 pm.

Office Hours: (Temporary COVID-19 hours are as follows

• Monday - Thursday 8:30 am-2:30 pm 
• Friday 8:30 am-12:00 pm.

Required Documents:

• Driver's License/State Issued I.D./Passport/Resident Card (Required).
• Social Security Card (Required).
• 1Professional References. (Required).
• If completed: Online CFSS Personal Care Assistant Training, MDHS. (PCA Certificate) (Required).
• Any other applicable Training Certificates of Completion. (Not Required).
• May be required to do fingerprinting. 

Easy Application Process:

• Plan for 30 minutes to an hour in our office.
• Must watch two orientation videos before you may begin work.
