About the Role: As a Personal Assistant at Style Netbox, you will provide administrative support to executives and teams, helping to manage schedules, communication, and other operational tasks. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that everything runs efficiently, allowing the team to focus on high-priority creative and business goals. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and office management duties.
• Support the team in event planning, travel logistics, and any additional project needs.
• Prioritize and resolve requests and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; knowledge of additional office software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
