Product Marketing Manager, Offshore

Location: United States, Remote

Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the development and execution of product marketing strategies that increase awareness, drive adoption, and foster growth for Bentley’s software products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, and customer success to ensure our products align with market needs and achieve strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling value propositions, messaging and positioning that differentiates Bentley’s software products in the market.
• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans and strategies to ensure market success.
• Conduct market research to understand market needs, trends and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with product management on product launch plans and develop marketing content to support launches.
• Develop and oversee the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and website content
• Collaborate with the sales team to build sales enablement tools
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry partners, and influencers.
• Represent Bentley Systems at prominent industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase our products and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of the infrastructure and engineering software market.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
