Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dedicated mental health team in Bristol, CT . This full-time role offers an excellent work-life balance while providing high-quality psychiatric care in a supportive clinical setting. Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus is available!

What You Bring:

• Education & Licensure:

  • Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Connecticut
  • Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • Active DEA controlled substance registration

• Clinical Expertise:

  • Strong ability to diagnose and manage psychiatric disorders using evidence-based approaches
  • Experience in triaging psychiatric emergencies and implementing safety protocols
  • Knowledge of community mental health resources and referral processes
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams
