Position Overview:
As a Recruiter , you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing qualified professionals in behavioral health, special education, and social services roles. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from developing job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for positions in behavioral health, special education, and social services, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of tools, such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and overall fit for client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure the best possible candidate matches.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring compliance with all client and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment, especially within behavioral health, special education, and social services.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within staffing, behavioral health, special education, or social services sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the unique staffing needs and challenges in behavioral health, special education, and social services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Experience working with or recruiting for behavioral health, special education, or social services roles is a strong plus.
