Recruiting Coordinator The Recruiting Coordinator role at Warranty Processing Company, Inc involves managing and coordinating recruiting functions within the company. This includes sourcing candidates, managing job postings, screening resumes and applications, coordinating interviews to include candidates and the hiring team, providing support to recruitment managers, assisting with the on-boarding process. and keeping the applicant tracking system updated. Responsibilities:

• Source candidates
• Manage job postings
• Screen resumes and applications
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Provide support to recruitment managers
• Assist with the on-boarding process
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and HR system

Requirements:
