Job Description: Senior D365 Data Alyst Company Overview: We are a leading manufacturing company undertaking a significant digital transformation. As we transition from our legacy system to Microsoft Dymics 365 Fince & Operations (D365 F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE), we are seeking a highly skilled Senior D365 Data Alyst to join our dymic team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful migration and magement of our data during this implementation phase.

Key Responsibilities: Data Migration and Magement: - Develop and implement data migration strategies to transition from the legacy system to D365 F&O and CE.
- Oversee the entire data migration process, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Create and mage data mapping documents and transformation rules.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Technical Expertise: - Utilize X++ programming skills to customize and enhance D365 F&O functiolities.
- Develop and maintain data migration scripts and tools.
- Collaborate with the IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data migration and system integration.
Data Governce: - Establish and maintain data governce policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and standards.
- Monitor and audit data quality post-migration, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Project Magement: - Lead data migration workstreams, coorditing with cross-functiol teams to meet project deadlines.
- Provide regular updates on data migration progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data migration processes and configurations.
Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvements in data magement and migration.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in D365 F&O, CE, and data migration technologies.
- Mentor and train junior team members on best practices in data migration and magement.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data alysis, migration, and magement within ERP systems.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dymics 365 Fince & Operations and Customer Engagement.
- Proficiency in X++ programming language.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
- Excellent understanding of data governce and data quality principles.
- Proven experience in project magement and leading data migration projects.
- Strong alytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersol skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Certification in Microsoft Dymics 365.
- Knowledge of other programming languages and database magement systems.
