We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Remote Corporate Travel Coordinator to assist in organizing travel arrangements for business clients. This role involves booking air, hotel, and ground transportation, ensuring compliance with company travel policies, and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth travel experiences. The ideal candidate has experience in travel planning or corporate support, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Coordinate business travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation
Ensure all bookings comply with client travel policies and budget guidelines
Provide timely itineraries, confirmations, and documentation to travelers
Manage travel changes, cancellations, and rebookings as needed
Serve as the main point of contact for business travelers before and during travel
Maintain detailed records of bookings, expenses, and traveler preferences
Monitor travel trends and vendor promotions to identify cost-saving opportunities
Prior experience in corporate travel, administrative support, or customer service preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Familiarity with booking platforms and basic office software (email, spreadsheets, CRM)
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and time-sensitive tasks
Must be 18 years or older with a reliable internet connection and personal computer
