As the Director of SEO at Single Grain, you will be the strategic architect driving transformative growth and innovation across our search engine optimization and conversion rate optimization practice. You'll be a pivotal leader responsible for shaping the agency's SEO and CRO vision, setting industry-leading strategies, and positioning Single Grain as a market leader in digital marketing innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrated history of developing groundbreaking SEO and CRO strategies
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, high-impact digital marketing transformations
• Expert-level proficiency in technical SEO, conversion optimization, and strategic planning
• Exceptional ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to learning and innovation
• Proven ability to make bold strategic decisions and adapt quickly to market changes

Prior Experience:

• Experience in an SEO-focused senior leadership role
• Extensive experience with SEO and CRO tools
• Proven ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Architect the long-term SEO and CRO strategic vision for internal marketing for the agency
• Establish new benchmarks and methodological standards for SEO and CRO practices
• Proactively seek and implement cutting-edge AI frameworks and tools to revolutionize team performance

Client and Business Growth:

• Manage high-priority clients from end-to-end and oversee the team’s portfolio of clients
• Develop innovative strategies that deliver exceptional, measurable business outcomes
• Serve as the primary strategic advisor for complex, cross-functional client initiatives
• Spearhead new business development through innovative, forward-thinking approaches

Team and Talent Management:

• Build and cultivate a high-performance culture of continuous learning and innovation
• Mentor and develop team members, creating pathways for advanced professional growth
• Provide strategic guidance to team leads and senior practitioners

Technology and AI:

• Pioneer advanced AI and technological frameworks to revolutionize SEO and CRO practices
• Develop proprietary methodologies that differentiate Single Grain in the market
• Consistently evaluate and implement emerging technologies and strategic approaches
