Social Media Manager: Lead Creative Strategies, Boost Engagement, and Design for Impact!

Your Role:

As our Social Media Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of our clients. Your design skills and creativity will be at the forefront, helping us craft visually striking and highly engaging posts that not only capture attention but drive conversations. You’ll manage everything from content creation and strategy development to community engagement and performance optimization, all while keeping design and engagement at the heart of it.

What You'll Do:

  • Creative Content Creation : Curate and design visually dynamic content calendars, with posts that are equal parts creative and strategic. From bold graphics to compelling videos, you'll create content that resonates across multiple platforms—Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Design-Driven Strategy : Develop and execute social media strategies that prioritize eye-catching visuals and strong engagement. You'll optimize content for each platform, ensuring it's designed to perform - from static posts to attention-grabbing reels.
  • Engagement & Community Management : You’ll keep the pulse on trending topics, interact with followers, and create content that sparks conversations. Your design-focused posts will be crafted to maximize engagement, whether through comments, shares, or reactions.
  • Analytics & Optimization : Your creativity won’t stop at design. You'll track post performance, analyze metrics, and fine-tune strategies to ensure every post delivers the best possible results. Use your design skills to test visuals and ensure you’re always improving engagement rates.
  • Visual Storytelling : Your ability to create compelling narratives through visuals will be key. From simple, clean designs to complex, layered posts, you’ll be telling impactful stories through every image, video, and graphic.
  • Trendspotting : You’ll stay ahead of the latest design trends and social media innovations, ensuring your work stays fresh and engaging. Whether it’s a new visual trend, a viral video format, or a design tool, you’ll be the first to know and implement these ideas.

What You Bring:

  • Design Expertise : You have a strong eye for design, with experience using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite , or other design platforms. You know what works to grab attention and what gets people to stop scrolling.
  • Content Creation Skills : You’ve successfully created everything from attention-grabbing graphics to engaging video content and everything in between. You know how to format for different platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, Facebook ads, carousel posts) and what design elements work best for each.
  • Social Media Boosting : A deep understanding of how to boost posts and manage paid promotions on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You know how to leverage organic content as well as ads to maximize visibility.
  • Collaborative Spirit : You work well with teams, taking input and feedback while managing projects from start to finish. You’re organized and efficient, able to juggle multiple creative projects at once.
  • Analytics-Driven : You understand how to track post performance and use data to refine your design strategy. You’re always thinking about the next step in your design process based on engagement and metrics.
  • Project Management: Must be able to manage multiple clients workflow. 

Preferred:

  • Prior Experience in Social Media : A track record of successful campaigns and content creation in a digital marketing setting or with social media-focused clients.
  • Creative Vision & Execution : A passion for pushing creative boundaries and taking calculated risks to produce standout designs.
  • Tool Proficiency : Familiarity with tools like Cloud Campaign , Hootsuite, Buffer , or Sprout Social to manage and schedule posts, and experience with analytics tools to measure engagement.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
