Salary: 87,100 - 157,450 USD per year Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Proficiency in manipulating various classified and open-source databases in support of our mission
• Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work
• Prior experience in supporting HUMINT operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
• Familiarity with various writing styles and classified client databases, including specific targeting tools
• Strong briefing and writing skills, with the ability to work well both in teams and individually with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated regional and/or functional expertise or a working knowledge of geographic areas

Responsibilities:

• As a Targeting Analyst, my primary function is to collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of HUMINT operations against priority targets. I will be responsible for identifying targeting leads to enable various intelligence operations through the exploitation of classified and open-source databases. My daily activities will include:
• Reviewing operational traffic for intelligence leads
• Drafting comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client’s objectives
• Engaging operational components within the customer organization to address targeting requirements and develop new leads for operational exploitation
• Conducting detailed searches on items of operational interest and relaying pertinent data to relevant customer components

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $87,100 - $157,450. This range serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Additional factors that we consider when extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
