What You'll Do:

• Install, repair, and maintain cutting-edge telecommunications and network equipment, including fiber plants, HPBX and PBX systems
• Support commercial and multi-dwelling units (MDU) by ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various telecommunication topologies, including wireless, voice, and data networks
• Play an essential role in facilities maintenance and service orders, ensuring our systems run smoothly

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience working with transport, network, or service delivery systems
• Technical expertise in PBX and HPBX telephone systems, fiber plant design, high-speed connections, and networking fundamentals (routers, switches, IP addressing)
• A Class D driver's license with a strong driving record
• A passion for technology and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications (a bonus, not a dealbreaker):

• Technical training in telecommunications, networking, or IT
• Knowledge of managed IT services or a Power Limited Technician Certification
