This is a remote position.
As a Remote All-Inclusive Resort Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their reservation needs. This independent contractor position is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the USA, Australia, Mexico, or Colombia. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. You will utilize email skills, effective communication, and strong customer service to help clients secure reservations and provide quotes.
Client Interaction:
Communicate with clients through various channels, including email, to understand their reservation requirements and preferences.
Reservation Coordination:
Assist clients in making reservations for services such as accommodations, transportation, tours, and more, according to their preferences.
Vendor Liaison:
Communicate directly with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to check availability, negotiate rates, and secure reservations on behalf of clients.
Quote Generation:
Provide clients with accurate and timely quotes for their requested reservations, ensuring transparency regarding costs and services.
Customer Support:
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, offering solutions and guidance as needed.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, reservations, and communications with vendors.
Training and Development:
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, reservation processes, and company policies.
Must be 18 years old or older.
Authorized to work in the USA, Australia, Mexico, or Colombia.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Proficient in using email communication.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Reliable access to a smartphone or computer.
