Job Description

Title: RPA Developer

Location: Remote USA

Salary: $80-95K

No sponsorship available

As an  RPA Developer , you will be responsible for building and deploying automations using Blue Prism. You will work closely with the process analyst, business stakeholders, and technical teams to develop robust automation solutions. A strong self-starter, you will have the freedom to work independently with minimal supervision, receiving solution design documents to guide your development work.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

· Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Blue Prism based on solution design documents.

· Collaborate with process analysts and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions.

· Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing RPA solutions to improve efficiency and performance.

· Ensure automations are scalable, robust, and adhere to best practices and standards.

· Document and provide knowledge transfer to the team on developed automations.

· Test, debug, and maintain automations in various environments, ensuring quality and security compliance.

· Gain a deep understanding of the logistics business systems to enhance the effectiveness of automation solutions, ensuring development aligns with optimal processes and operational needs.

· Identify and define appropriate RPA metrics for the business.

 

Required Qualifications

 

· Minimum of 2 years of experience developing automation solutions with Blue Prism.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Solid understanding of RPA principles, process assessment, and automation design.

· Experience with process documentation and solution design.

· Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and other tools commonly used in RPA development.

· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.

· Familiarity with Blue Prism scheduling, resource management, and orchestration.

 

 

 

 

Education and Experience

 

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field required.

  • Knowledge of software development life cycle is preferred.
  • Experience in Warehousing or Logistics is preferred.

· Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), or other business applications is preferred.

 

Work Environment: 

· While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment will range from quiet to moderately loud.
