Responsibilities:

• Advise on the legal aspects of employee leasing agreements and develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant trade laws and employment law regulations in Austria 

• Stay up-to-date on relevant legal changes and legislation impacting employee leasing in Austria.

• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and provide legal support to internal teams.

• Manage legal risks associated with employee leasing activities.

• Liaise with external legal counsel as needed.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to trade and employment law in Austria.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or degree in business, international relations or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade and/or employment law, preferably in the context of employee leasing (full-time experience in a leading HR position with at least 20 employees and direct reports or as an entrepreneur with at least five employees)

• Holds the certificate of successful completion of the qualifying examination to be a trade law manager for employee leasing in Austria (Befähigungsnachweis für Arbeitskräfteüberlassung)

• Strong understanding of Austrian trade and employment law.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
